BHP Billiton Finucane Island - Pump Stations & Mainline
Problem
Land needing rehabilitation at BHP Billiton's Finucane Island project located just outside Port Headland in Western Australia.
Solution
Billiton chose Total Eden to supply a sustainable water solution which included the supply and installation of tanks, pump stations and 3.5km of 280mm polyethylene mainline and laterals.
Outcome
A successful 40 hectare rehabilitation project.

Northgate Minerals Corporation - Pipeline & Maintenance
A key client of Total Eden has been the Northgate Minerals Corporation (now AuRico Gold), which owns the Fosterville (Bendigo) and Stawell Goldmines. The Fosterville gold mine is expected to produce 100,000 ounces of gold in 2011 while Stawell is the second largest gold producer in the state of Victoria, behind Fosterville.Problem
Fosterville Goldmine was not conntected with the Epsom Water Treatment Plant.Solution
30km of 355mm diameter pipeline supplied and installed by Total Eden.Outcome
Today Total Eden continues to supply men and material in the maintenance of the mine facilities operated by Northgate.

Problem
Dust caused by mining operations at the Fortescue Metals expansion project in Port Hedland Western AustraliaSolution
The installation of dust suppression water guns where dust is a problem.Outcome
Total Eden is supplying dust suppression water guns for the Fortescue Metals expansion project to minimise the impacts on on mining operations, flora, fauna and the community.
